Career level : minimum 2 years of experience in the digital domain;
Spoken languages : English – Medium, French – Medium;
Job Summary :
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to Renault&Dacia CMS software and internet Applications;
Responds to queries, runs investigations, finds solutions and communicate to reporters through JIRA ticketing tool;
Among the platforms supported by the support team are ONE, NEST, CAX online platforms as well as mobile applications MyRenault, Lead-It.

Main responsibilities :

  • Provides support to all request (bugs, incidents, support requests) coming from digital managers from all over the countries who encounter difficulties in using the company digital platforms;
  • Qualifies the support requests and provides solutions;
  • Follows up the subject and ensures that the stakeholder receives the answer in the appropriate time and in a useful manner;
  • Updates and enriches the library of solution files used by the whole support teams;
  • Maintains and updates the procedures describing the support process for platform users;
  • Runs reports to determine issues that continue to occur and elaborates action plans;
  • Trains the users regarding support scope and process and ticketing tool usage;
  • Measures the satisfaction level for all the solved request and proposes action plans for improvement.

Profil candidat:

  • Experience in providing customer support for IT platforms;
  • Foreign languages: English – Medium, French – Medium;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
  • Experience in working with ticketing tools, JIRA Atlassian would be a plus;
  • A curious person who keeps up with all the news in the digital domain;
  • A pleasant, positive and polite person in online communications;
  • Customer oriented;
  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player.
